    Description

    The objective of this project is to study numerical methods in image processing and develop new methods based on anisotropic mesh adaptation techniques. The applications include image reconstruction, scaling, compression, denoising, and registration.


    Qualifications
    Student should have have knowledge of Partial Differential Equations and some knowledge of computational methods.


    Duites
    Student will test and compare different image processing methods and implement new methods.
