In this project, the student will use two different printing techniques, namely droplets printing and liquid-in-liquid printing approaches to print cohesive material with cooperating compartments. The materials that will be used are surfactants, lipids that are functionalized with membrane proteins. The rapid electrical communication along a specific path will be tested.
