Description
Our objective is to develop a structure-function relationship of TET2 mutations, and correlate it with a number of clinical features observed in patients with MDS, as well as related myeloid malignancies. This model will help explain clinical heterogeneity observed in patients with TET2 mutations and predict presence of specific TET2 defects based on clinical features.
